Format: 15 hours; 4 sessions 3 hours & 45 minutes each
Time: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday, 4 pm - 7:45 pm
Date: 27, 28, 29, 31 March and 22, 23, 24, & 26 May 2016
Goals: To enhance communication between healthcare professionals and patients. The course will show professionals how to interact with patients, showing compassion and skill, and how to elicit relevant information from the patient.
Target students: Primary care physicians, nurses, technicians, and technologists.
Concepts: Inter-professional education is being implemented worldwide.
Level: Elementary to intermediate.

You are required to complete a placement test so that we can determine the right level of course for you. The test takes about 60 minutes.
Placement testing will take place between 21 February and 17 May 2016 on Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:00 am, 1:00 pm and 4:30 pm. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, you will be asked to complete the test during the following session.
