How To Make an Appointment

1. Go to https://hbku.mywconline.com/ then Click on ‘register for an account’.

2. Fill out all the fields marked with a red asterisk*. Leave the email options at ‘Yes’ and click ‘register’ at the bottom of the page.

3. You will receive a confirmation email. Click on the link to return to the log in page.

4. Enter your email address and password and click on ‘log in’.

At this stage, you can select the schedule (English or Arabic) that you want. This can also be done at the next stage.

5. Make sure you are on the correct schedule (at the top of the page next to the dates).

Select a writing instructor and a time and click on the white box (if it is not white, the instructor is unavailable or the slot is already booked).

6. Fill out the fields marked with a red asterisk* and click on ‘save appointment’.

7. A window will open to say that your appointment has been successfully added. The time slot that you selected will now be yellow.

8. You will then receive a confirmation email. If you want to cancel or modify the appointment, click on the link and log in again.

9. Click on the yellow box to cancel or modify your appointment. When the box opens, you can make changes or cancel the appointment.

10. You will then receive an email to tell you that your appointment has been successfully modified or cancelled.
