Lucia Forlani

I've always considered myself a citizen of the world. Since I was a child, languages and communication have fascinated me and the unstoppable desire to learn new languages and meet people has made my life livelier and more exciting. I strongly believe in life-long learning because knowledge enriches our lives and opens our minds, and this is what I try to teach every day both to my children and to my students. I love reading, I consider myself a real bookshop addict! I also like writing and painting.

I’ve completed the DITALS certification level 1 and 2, which is a qualification granted by the University for Foreigners of Siena, passing 2 exams designed for teachers of Italian language in public and private schools. I then moved with my family to Kazakhstan for more than 3 years where I planned and organized evening and intensive courses of Italian language and culture in private schools. Back in Italy I attained certification in anthropo-psycho-pedagogical disciplines.

I was born in Ferrara, Italy, and I have a master’s degree in Russian and English Languages and Literature from Bologna University. I'm lucky to be born in Italy, a country with an incredible history, rich in art and literature. Finally, I’d like to say to our students…be ready to discover the secrets of Italian speech and its amazing culture in a pleasant and funny way!
